Early Morning Sport

On Wednesday morning children from Y3, Y4, Y5 and Y6 participated and competed in games of hand tennis. The children had to work effectively with their partners to score points by passing and bouncing tennis balls into hoops arranged in a ladder across the playground. Once a pair had scored three points they moved up the ladder, with the aim to move as far up the ladder as possible. The children showed great organisation skills and teamwork by umpiring and scoring their own games, and cheering on their peers. Many children also made banners for their house group at home to show their support and enthusiasm.
