Children New to Reception

A big thank you to all the Reception parents who supported us with our new transition procedures for starting Reception, it has been a great success!  The children have made an excellent start and enabled us to get stuck into learning the curriculum very quickly.  Children have a staggered intake with parents staying with them on the first day until after lunch to help support a smooth and happy start to Reception.  This was introduced to enable the children to settle in quicker and enable children to make progress right from the beginning of term.
