Could you be a research chemist?

Last week, Y5 and Y6 children received an inspiring and motivational speech about career paths.  Sara Shahruddin, one of our parents, is a research chemist at Imperial College where she is developing an ingredient to keep crude oil flowing at low temperatures.  Sara explained to the children how she became interested in chemistry and what her work involves day to day.  From the children's comments and questions, it seems that Sara has kindled an interest in studying science and chemistry.
