Reception's Big Day Out

The children in Reception took their first school visit on 27 May when they went to visit Deen City Farm. They learned about staying safe when walking to the farm – especially when crossing the road. They spotted the different characteristics of the animals. There were lots of chances to count the animals too. The children had a wonderful visit. We are very grateful to all the parent helpers who came along – we couldn’t have done it without them.
