• Donations for Summer Fair

  As Friends of Merton Abbey School are making preparations for the Summer Fair; they are asking for your support to help make this event a success.

   

  Suggested donations

  • Pre-loved teddy bears or soft toys
  • Sharing sized bags or tubes of sweets or chocolate
  • Bottles of soft drinks or wine

   

  If you are a trader and would like to hire a table to sell your own products at our fair, then please contacts a member of the committee or the school office.

   

   

   

• Cake Sale Success

  On Friday 1st May, Year 3 held a bake sale to raise funds for their upcoming trip to Butser Ancient Farm. Both classes baked and decorated a delicious array of cakes, biscuits and cookies. They also brought in lots of cakes and treats from home. There was a fantastic turnout after school; we very nearly sold out! We raised an amazing £191.10. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came and contributed to the bake sale.
